The Term "Sexxy" is gaining in popularity, its the name of a popular song, used in reference in the movies, used as a term in the swingers lifestyle and you might see it here and there. Well - let's examine just that.
In the swinging community, its just another way of saying that not online is someone truly Sexy, but that extra "X" is used to indicate that the party being referred to is actually a COUPLE, as in the two "x's" and therefore, attention should be paid to BOTH parties. This is especially critical in the case of a bi-sexual female who might be interested in either one of the parties or BOTH of them.
If you happen to run into a Sexxy Couple - you are truly fortunate! Cause baby, that is what most swingers couples are looking for!
But if you must have an official definition of Sexxy - This is what Wikipedia says:

[edit] Notes
The version of "Sensurround" that appears on this EP is a different recording from the one that appears on the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers movie soundtrack (which was contributed by They Might Be Giants for the feature).
Studying the lyrics of the title track, "S-E-X-X-Y" appears to revolve around an attractive woman, however one popular interpretation of the track is it is in fact about someone who has Klinefelter's syndrome - a person with two X chromosomes and a Y chromosome, or possibly about a transvestite, as evidenced by the final lyrics of the song: "You gotta understand/She wants to be your man/She's got another plan." However, They Might Be Giants have claimed that this song is simply an "ode to getting it on." The song states that "X, because it's extra, baby. Y, because it's extra, baby.", implying S-E-X.
